In 2022, Nigma Galaxy was left behind by W33 who moved to Alliance. Afterward, several names strengthened their roster, such as Sumail who returned last May, ImmortalFaith who joined as Head Coach, and ATF who replaced W33 and Miracle in post 1. Unfortunately, this rosters performed disappointingly  at the BetBoom Xmas Show .

It is important to note that Nigma Galaxy played at the BetBoom Xmas Show by being invited. Unfortunately they couldn't optimize this opportunity after 2 consecutive defeats by HellRaisers and Entity in the playoffs. With a double elimination system, Nigma Galaxy was sent to the lower bracket by HellRaisers, and then sent home from the competition by Entity.

During the match against HellRaisers, in the first game, Nigma Galaxy was humiliated by the playersof this Russian team. they were made to give up even though the game had only been running for 34 minutes. In the 2nd game, Nigma Galaxy looked better at the beginning of the game, but from teamfight to teamfight, they were defeated by HellRaisers and the second game was finished in 40 minutes.

Down to the lower bracket, Nigma Galaxy's last life was at stake in the match against Entity. Unlike against HellRaisers, Nigma Galaxy managed to steal game 1 from Entity. However, in the 2nd game, Entity was able to take revenge and forced Nigma Galaxy to play all the way to the third game. Unfortunately, in this last game, Alimzhan “watson” Islambekov with his Templar Assassin was so brilliant and aggressive and eventually brought Entity to win against Nigma Galaxy in the thirty-fifth minute.

This BetBoom Xmas Show was supposed to be Nigma Galaxy’s warm up for the DPC Western European (WEU) 2023 Tour 1: Division 1. However, this poor result causes doubt on the competition which is less than 2 weeks away. With the results from BetBoom, what will happen to Nigma Galaxy in the WEU 2023 DPC consisting of tier 1 teams?
