Electronics Arts has just ran an epic collaboration with Indonesian artists, Man Jasad and Karinding attack. This collaboration created a promotional APEX Legends Mobile video titled “Harmony N Diversity”. In this promotional video, we can find modern Sundanese music.
Besides collaborating with Indonesian artists, this promotional video will also star Nona Berlian ( Ronaldowati actress) as Rhapsody. For those not familiar with this legend, she is a music loving DJ who has an AI robot named Rowdy as her partner.
In this Harmony n Diversity video, Rhapsody is having fun as a DJ when suddenly transported into a different dimension.. This dimension is dark and music is playing from Sundanese traditional instrument Karinding. Afterwards, Rhapsody receives a tool that exports her back to her world.
The meaning raised from this promotional video is an elaboration of the culture and technology that APEX Legends mobile is trying to introduce. Besides that, as the theme provides, in diversity, there will always be unified harmonization. Traditional music can be combined with modern music and provide a beautiful harmony.
Loba Becomes A Cameo
Even though the main character is Rhapsody, if you keep an eye at the end, we can see another legend from APEX Legends Mobile, which is Loba.
